Is this commission-only?
Yes — this is a 1099, commission-based role with flexible scheduling. There's no hourly base or salary, which is exactly why the income ceiling is uncapped.
Do I need to already be licensed?
No. We work with both licensed agents and people starting from zero — we'll walk you through pre-licensing and contracting during onboarding.
What states can I work in?
This is fully remote and nationwide; specific carrier availability can vary by state, which we'll cover in your interview.
What does a successful agent look like?
Coachable, consistent, and willing to follow the system before trying to reinvent it — the agents who do best show up every week, take feedback well, and treat every appointment like it matters, whether it's their first or their hundredth.
